Our items are sold through eBay, so, our Refunds and Returns Policy is in accordance with eBay policy on refunds and returns.
Refunds
A refund may be issued if your order did not arrive, is damaged or didn’t match the listing on eBay.
A refund request must be made through eBay. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment through eBay.
You do not have to return the purchased item to us, you keep the item that was purchased.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, contact eBay for assistance.
Returns and Exchanges
We are a small business, therefore, we are unable to accept returns at this time. We are also unable to process exchanges.
Cancellations
Buyers have the option to request an order cancellation using the Cancel order button on eBay.
Orders may be cancelled before they are marked as shipped.
We reserve the right to accept or decline cancellation requests.
